Two no-meeting days. Documents over decks. Slack threads close in 24 hours so nothing rots in DMs.
Above-market equity
We pay 70-85th percentile in cash and stack early-stage equity on top. We tell you the strike price before you sign.
Real PTO
Minimum 25 days. Founders take theirs. If you don't take it we'll ask why.
Bilingual by design
Half the company works in CN, half in EN. We translate, not pick a side. Both pass code review.
