OEAN.ai Pte. Ltd. (Singapore UEN 202401234A) is the data controller for personal data submitted through oean.ai and the data processor for personal data your organization processes inside the OEAN.ai application.

We collect three categories of data: (1) account data you provide directly — name, work email, company; (2) telemetry — IP address, user agent, page paths, feature usage; (3) customer content — data your organization enters into the product, processed strictly on your instructions.

We use account and telemetry data to provide the service, prevent abuse, calculate aggregate usage metrics and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer content to train shared AI models.

We share data only with vetted sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, payments). The full list and locations are published at /dpa. We give 30 days' notice before adding a sub-processor.

Customer content is hosted in the region you select (Singapore, Frankfurt, or mainland China). Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

You may access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. Customers may exercise rights on behalf of end users through the application's admin console. Contact privacy@oean.ai for assistance.

Account data is retained for the life of the contract plus 6 years for tax and audit purposes. Customer content is deleted within 30 days of contract termination, except where required by law.
